It’s time for the budol book again! Clear up your shelves this year, budol besties, as the Manila International Book Fair returns for its second edition online November 17-21 on the MIBF website.

The annual book fair, which moved to its first virtual edition in November 2020 due to the pandemic, this year features a wide variety of fictional and non-fictional readings, including children’s books, academic books, textbooks, graphic novels, comics, educational materials, magazines, novels for young adults, e-books, bestsellers and more from various local and international publishing houses.

MIBF Buyers can browse the MIBF website based on Title, Category, Author, Publisher, Vacation Deals or Latest Releases. Once their carts are ready for payment, guests can pay for their book transports (plus shipping costs) online through credit / debit card, GrabPay, DragonPay, GCash, and other mobile wallets. Home deliveries are expected to arrive within 7-10 business days of payment.

Besides books, MIBF 2021 also offers virtual events for its guests, such as book launches, webinars, panel discussions, workshops, storytelling and training for readers of all ages.

MIBF is one of the largest and oldest book fairs in the Philippines. 2019 edition, held at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, brought together over 200 local and foreign publishers and booksellers and 450 booths. The five-day event also hosted seminars, workshops, book signings and a Fandom Fest. –
